Terms of Service
You retain complete, unencumbered ownership and intellectual property rights to all codebases, prompts, AST trees, repository indices, and AI-synthesized outputs produced through m0x IDE and m0x API Console. We claim zero copyright over your creations.
01.Acceptance & Universal SSO Agreement
By accessing or creating an account on m0x Labs (m0x.in), m0x IDE (ide.m0x.in), or m0x API Console (console.m0x.in), you agree to be bound by these Master Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company, organization, or enterprise, you represent that you hold the authority to bind such entity.
02.Account Security & Master API Keys
Your master identity credentials and API keys (`m0x_live_sk_...`) provide direct access to your compute quota and private developer environment.
- You are exclusively responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and authentication tokens.
- You agree to promptly notify m0x Security (`security@m0x.in`) of any unauthorized key exposure or compromised sessions.
- m0x Labs reserves the right to rotate or revoke compromised API keys to safeguard the integrity of the network.
03.Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use m0x IDE or m0x API gateway services for:
Creating self-replicating worms, ransomware, exploit kits, or software intended to cause unauthorized harm.
Denial-of-service attempts, automated scraping, model weight reverse engineering, or rate-limit evasion.
04.Service Level Agreements & Compute Quotas
m0x Labs targets a 99.99% service availability uptime for API endpoints and cloud IDE workspace instances. Scheduled maintenance is communicated at least 48 hours in advance via our public status page (`status.m0x.in`).
Compute credits purchased are applied across all subsidiaries and are billed on a per-token or per-minute compute basis. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the billing cycle end.
05.AI Output Disclaimers & Verification
While our agentic coding tools and inference models strive for state-of-the-art precision, artificial intelligence outputs are probabilistic. You acknowledge that you are responsible for testing, reviewing, and verifying all AI-generated code prior to deployment in production environments.
06.Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, m0x Labs and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business interruption arising out of the use of our platforms.
07.Governing Law & Legal Notices
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
